Joe has been practicing since 1981 when he graduated from NYU Post Graduate program for prosthetics and orthotics. Prior to that Joe graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1977 and served as an Artillery Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is an avid woodworker and continues to develop his skills on the fiddle.
Professionally Joe has been working with pediatric patients for over 25 years. His passion is working with the children, their parents, and physical therapists to develop the best plan and device(s) to improve the lifestyle of each child. Joe’s other passion is lower extremity prosthetics. Whether he is working with kids or designing a prosthesis, Joe focuses on the patient’s needs and goals while being creative to serve those needs.
